On Saturday 8 July, the El Sympatico museum will open its doors. Through photos, trophies, memorabilia and iconic jerseys, Beveren honorary citizen Jean-Marie Pfaff will guide visitors through his sporting life, but also his personal life. 

Jean-Marie's trophy cabinet is richly filled: Golden Shoe, best goalkeeper in the world, multiple Belgian league and Bundesliga champion, semi-finalist in the 1986 World Cup, ... These memorabilia can now be admired in the museum, which is entirely dedicated to the likeable goalkeeper of SK Beveren, FC Bayern Munich and the Red Devils, ...

There are also imaginative jerseys of Maradona, Cruijff, Ronaldo, ... and many jerseys from legendary games by Jean-Marie himself. Come and admire them, and who knows, you might even meet Jean-Marie himself.
